Is my data backed up in case of an emergency?
Data is stored on a Virtual Private Server (VPS) exclusively for business that is backed up nightly and written to multiple disks instantly. Daily off server backups are performed and the hardware is monitored 24×7 to insure that everything is operational day or night.
Does it matter what type of computer I have?
LaRaedo software is hosted on a remote server, which means there is nothing for you to install or download. All you need is an Internet connection and we recommend a higher speed connection such as cable or DSL. We currently support the following browsers: Internet Explorer 7 or above, FireFox and Safari (for Mac computers).
What if I want to cancel?
We certainly would hate to see you go, but should you decide to cancel your subscription, log in to your PayPal account and go to the “History” subtab of the “My Account” tab. Choose “Subscriptions” from the pull-down “Show” menu and press the “Submit” button. Choose this subscription, and click on its “Details” link. You will be taken to a Transaction Details page from which you may cancel your subscription. Cancelling your subscription will immediately stop all future scheduled payments for this subscription.
Does it matter how many customers I have?
LaRaedo counts the number of horses that you create not the number of customers. You can have as many customer accounts as you want.
Because there are three different subscription prices (small, medium and large farms), if you subscribe initially as a small farm and need to go to the next level, once you attempt to add the additional horse, the software will ask you if you want to move to the next subscription level pricing. You just need to follow the PayPal process to take you to the next level and then continue adding more horses.
What’s the best way for my customers to gain access to LaRaedo?
Direct your customers to YOUR WEBSITE FIRST! We’ll provide a link to the LaRaedo software to ensure you optimize your online traffic, continue to drive your exposure and enhance search engine optimization.
How can I get back the all the data that I have entered?
LaRaedo has a report generator that allows you to export all the information that you have entered into a Excel format that can be saved to your computer.
Can the data be exported to my Accounting software?
Yes it can. Simply use the report generator tab that compiles all data and manipulates it into a customizable spreadsheet.
How does LaRaedo handle software updates?
LaRaedo’s software engineers are regularly reviewing the software for updates and adding new features. E-mail notices will be sent out periodically informing all subscribers of the latest updates.
Does LaRaedo contribute to the horse community?
Subscribers will have the opportunity to enter the name of their favorite non-profit horse organization when they register. A raffle will occur at the beginning of each month, and an organization will be selected. More information about the raffle will be discussed in future LaRaedo blog articles.
Do you provide phone support for subscribers?
We provide limited phone support from 9AM to 5PM (PST) at 248-946-1245, Monday thru Friday but the best way to contact us is by sending email. We are very good at getting back to you as quickly as possible.
How do I subscribe to LaRaedo?
Registration is completed at the LaRaedo Registration Page on the website. Simply enter in the requested information.
If you select the 15-day free trial, upon the logging into your account after the 15th day, a subscription selection will appear allowing you to sign up for a paid subscription of LaRaedo. If you choose to sign up (and we hope you will), then you will be taken to PayPal where the subscription process is finalized. Currently, PayPal is the only method we accept for payments due to the ease of monitoring subscription based payments.
How do I learn how to use LaRaedo?
We have user downloadable guides available on the LaRaedo Software Tutorial Page and you will also receive a link to the user guides when you sign up.
Can I try LaRaedo before I subscribe to it?
Absolutely! There is a 15-day free no-obligation trial with full use of the entire product.
Is my farm information kept confidential and how is it protected?
LaRaedo takes your data and individual privacy very seriously. We store all your information on a secure hosted server. Passwords are stored encrypted in our database. We don’t sell or distribute your e-mail to outsiders.
If I have a questions about how to use the software after I have logged into it, how to I contact software support?
Upon login to the software, open the ‘Support’ selection at the top right of the window. Type a message and click ‘Submit’. That message is automatically sent to the LaRaedo support group who will review your request and reply back to the e-mail listed at the top of the message box.
