Yes, absolutely! It’s easy to check or make updates if you have Internet access on your mobile device. Simply access the Internet, enter in the LaRaedo website and login.

Yes it can. Simply use the report generator tab that compiles all data and manipulates it into a customizable spreadsheet.

How does LaRaedo handle software updates?
LaRaedo’s software engineers are constantly reviewing software updates. E-mail notices will be sent out periodically informing all subscribers of the latest updates.

Does LaRaedo contribute to the horse community?
Subscribers will have the opportunity to enter the name of their favorite non-profit horse organization when they register. A raffle will occur at the beginning of each month, and an organization will be selected. More information about the raffle will be discussed in future LaRaedo blog articles.

How will my customer receive the monthly-automated invoices?
By the click of a button, inform your customers of any new invoices via their customized and password protected e-mail gaining them access to invoices that they may save or print for their records.

How do I subscribe to LaRaedo?
Registration is completed at the LaRaedo website which then takes you to PayPal where the subscription process is finalized. Currently, PayPal is the only method we accept for payments.

We have user guides available on the LaRaedo main login website at www.software.LaRaedo.com or an e-mail can be sent to info@laraedo.com and a support staff member will help answer any questions.

Absolutely! There is a 15-day free trial for use of the entire product.

Is my farm information kept confidential and how is it protected?
LaRaedo takes your data and individual privacy very seriously. We store any information regarding your horses on a separate server from our website that is not exposed to the web. Passwords are stored encrypted in our database. We don’t sell or distribute your e-mail to outsiders. Any further questions about our security will be happily answered upon request at info@laraedo.com

If LaRaedo is not specific to my needs, how do I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel at any time by logging into your PayPal account and clicking on the ‘My Account’ tab, then click on ‘History’ subtab. Select ‘More Filters’, then ‘Subscriptions and Agreements’ and then click on ‘Subscriptions’ and follow the process to cancel. Canceling a subscription cancels all future scheduled payments of that subscription. A subscription can be canceled up to the day of the next scheduled payment.

How do I communicate the most effectively with LaRaedo customer support?
Upon login to the software, open the ‘Support’ selection at the top left of the window. Type a message and click ‘Submit’. That message is automatically sent to the LaRaedo support group who will review your request and reply back to the e-mail listed at the top of the message box. For instance, perhaps you have a particular software question that you cannot find the answer in the User’s Guide.

What should I do if I accidentally delete a horse, customer, invoice or event?
There is a warning mechanism that will ask you if you ‘really’ want to complete that deletion. So you get the opportunity to change your mind and prevent an accidental deletion.

What kind of events can I track?
You can track any type of event that you feel is required and would like to provide for your customer. The most important events would be those that are billable such as: monthly board, vet, dental or farrier visits, daily cleaning of the stall or whenever a horse is bathed or put out to paddock. Track the types of things that you believe your customers would like to be kept informed on.
